Getting Started with Ruths.ai Support
This page is intended to help you make the most of Ruths.ai Support services. Our goal is to provide our customers with timely answers to issues involving Ruths.ai products and provide technical expertise. Whether its a new implementation, an issue with an existing production system, or a planned upgrade, Ruths.ai Support will work with you to meet your needs.
You can submit your request for assistance by writing to email@example.com. This method ensures the accuracy of the information you submit and allows for complete tracking of the case, with related comments and attachments.

Spotfire Extensions are supported using our ticket system, support.ruths.ai. Support is included in the subscription fee.
